Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET or KARTET) is the written examination for the students of Karnataka for the Primary (Class I to V) and Upper Primary (Class Vi to VIII) teacher vacancies in government schools in the state. Recently the Department of Primary and Secondary Education, Karnataka released recruitment for teacher posts.
No negative marking was implemented for this Examination.
The only thing through which a state can develop is education and the candidates who are teaching should be most eligible as the education of students depend on the teacher.
Exam to be held in the month of June 2014.
